dc.description.abstract | Technology-driven transformations are redefining the role of education, the value of knowledge and skills. Non-formal learning, third-space literacies and alternative mechanisms for certification are emerging throughout the world, aiming to prepare youth for entering the job market. If non-formal mechanisms continue to expand, the role of the State, other actors and the G20 in education also need to be reassessed. This includes dimensions such as regional and global articulation, regulation, certification of non-formal education, among others. The scope of the policy brief is to provide recommendations to bridge the gap between schooling, learning and employability at a global scale. | es |
